Tickets were easy to redeem. Must reserve dates of visits on the Disney website.

After queuing to enter, the ticket officer didn't recognize Traveloka. Then, a higher-ranking staff member called us over, and we were directed to Adventure Park, even though we'd clearly chosen the theme park. Finally, we moved from one counter to another to find an officer who would let us in with our tickets. The closing fireworks were canceled without explanation.

Colorful light show was amazing, and rides were fantastic.

Paid full price and lightning pass for 3 people. Millenium Falcon out of order twice and waited both times with lightning pass. It’s a small world out of service, thunder mountain broke down, space mountain temporarily out of service. Lightning pass system is lame and mostly ineffective. Guardians of the galaxy had no lightning pass and mostly 2hr wait.

After purchasing it, it turned out that the ticket needed to be input first into the Disney app to be registered. outside of that there is no problem.

This voucher from Traveloka was rejected when we first come in. We just can use the ticket after the Disney Manager came and helped us.

The ticket works fine. Good price coz it includes genie service that gives you faster queue. However, the information in traveloka is WRONG! It said that NO RESERVATION REQUIRED and voucher can be redeemed directly. THE FACT IS NO! When i showed the voucher in traveloka at the gate, the staff said IT’S NOT WORKING! So i had to go to the ticket booth and asked. The staff at the ticket booth said I STILL HAVE TO RESERVE USING THE DISNEY APP in which the DISNEY APP cannot be opened in my mobile phone. This is risky because you might not be able to reserve on the day. Luckily, my friend who lives in the US can help me with the ticket in her disney app and there’s still quota left to reserve on the day. So pls make sure you reserve when purchase ticket from traveloka
