We chose the mix tour east and west. I and my husband were satisfied with the service, especially our guide Mr. Faisal. He was so great and awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐

first I arrived late the officer called and WA to ask where my status was. good work. but the admin informed me that I had to rebook because I arrived late. and did not give a solution, I went to this agent officer and it turned out that I could leave with the next ship schedule but indeed my time was wasted a lot. got a friendly and very helpful driver with top driving skills if not with him maybe I couldn't go anywhere and would miss the return ship again. overall enjoyable with my trip here

Very satisfying for the friendliness of our guide (Bli Wijaya). every moment is always captured by him and explained in each place. basically very satisfied for this trip, only for the road is very badly damaged. hopefully it can be a concern of the government so that the tourism village advances.

for crossing by boat it feels uncomfortable and confusing especially when returning to Sanur the boat is in the middle of the sea and we are taken by boat to the middle and it is very risky to fall when getting on the boat the location is very crowded so it is difficult to take pictures the small and damaged road makes the journey to the 2 destinations very uncomfortable

This package is highly recommended, I met Bli Putu as a driver, guide and photographer who is very reliable. A complete package in short.

The tour guide wasn't boring, he was fun to talk to, maybe because it was high season so we didn't explore all the places, overall it was really good, highly recommended for that price

The package apparently did not include entrance tickets and meals, but we were greeted at the Nusa Penida port, the trip was on time, and the guide was kind and lined up the photo spots.

The staff are very friendly. But yesterday when we arrived, we had to call first to confirm with the person who delivered us. It took quite a long time to wait, so we left a bit late. But overall, thank you for accommodating us.

The staff is very helpful in exchanging tickets. The driver as a guide is also very helpful as a photographer at tourist locations and helps queue for photo spots.

very good experience with this mix package, i get to see both sides. diamond beach broken beach and kelingking beach is a rare gem. very beautiful scenery. tour guide is friendly and profesional in photogrphy..

My guide Pa Wayan is the best, he took me to the most beautiful places in Nusa Penida besides the usual places.

The destination is very nice, but in my opinion the trip was a bit too rushed. Yesterday we almost didn't go to Diamond Beach because we were short of time, but in the end we did because the driver was quite good at driving the car on a very steep alley road.

Overall, everything is satisfactory. I am satisfied with this service.
