I was really satisfied with snorkeling here, the staff were very friendly, felt like friends, and were really looked after in the sea, I will come back here again.

When we arrived, there was a problem, we couldn't redeem the ticket, but the staff were kind and we were still able to continue, plus we were also provided with lunch, the lunch was delicious, and the snorkeling was very good, there were lots of fish.

I was really happy during my vacation at Lagoon. I could swim before in the pool. And this was my first time in the ocean without a life jacket. I was scared at first. But seeing many people without life jackets, I finally tried to be brave. I can do it as a beginner. I was happy to get new friends, even the lady who was with me was very nice. I took a package with lunch too. The food was delicious, capcay. The bli was also good. It's just that the cost for taking pictures was very expensive even though I got a 50 thousand discount. Total 350 thousand. This was my very happy experience. Thank you, lady and Bli

Zonk!!! The worst experience during my vacation. Paid extra 150 thousand for lunch. But the food served was only a choice of fried rice, fried noodles and the like. Which taste must be blacklisted. Ordered without being contacted by the service provider and we had to ask here and there as if you were not paying for the service. If you want to try I suggest buying a package without lunch. You can get lunch outside like legendary local food that is cheap and delicious. Don't expect you to get decent service. Because you will be differentiated maybe because you are a local or because you ordered online !!

On WA the response is a bit slow and not very informative, so you have to ask a lot of questions

Our guide and driver were kind and attentive throughout the trip. The journey from our hotel in Seminyak to the snorkeling sites took about 3 hours each way, but it was well worth it. The snorkeling experience itself was unforgettable. We shared a boat with 10 others and had the opportunity to explore two stunning locations: Tanjung Jepun and Blue Lagoon. Tanjung Jepun was breathtaking, with crystal-clear water, calm currents, and an abundance of colorful fish. We snorkeled there for about an hour, and it felt like time stood still in such a serene and vibrant environment. In contrast, the Blue Lagoon was a bit more challenging due to the rocky waters, and we only stayed for around 30 minutes. By that point, many of us were quite tired. Lunch was provided, but it wasn’t particularly tasty, which was to be expected. However, the overall adventure more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bali.

Nice driver Ketut…first location for dive nice but second was blue lagoon and full of empty bottles and rubbish. Very murky from previous days rain. Basic facilities but friendly and helpful staff and driver.

Snorkeling was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. But. for shower. we had to order something. They said It is different restaurant. So the Snorkeling tour shop has no shower place. We had to spend extra money for shower.

Basically it's worth it, and the guide is really good and very professional, for those who can't swim, just relax, accompanied by the guide

Taufik was a great driver. He took the initiative to assist us with the bags and help us get our boat. The snorkeling was awesome, the water was clear and we’re lucky to see two turtles. The lunch was simple vegetarian Indonesian food. The toilet and changing room were proper, but not clean, probably because it was busy that day. Note: The private tour applies to the car, but not the boat. Overall, it was a good experience.

My family and I feel satisfied and happy. Maybe next time we will go there again. Guide Komang was very helpful when we snorkeled

We are very happy with the service. The water was very clear and blue. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The site has a place to change clothes, and showers, don't forget to bring your own towel, shampoo etc. Our Guide was impressive. Recommended!
