Convenient to travel, worth it if using the MTR, but it's hard to find a place to exchange cards.

No need to worry take wrong station during this 24 hours in Hongkong. Just a bit blur can’t find where to redeem it only

Easy to exchange, the staff scans the QR code and asks what the name is, but the queue is long. If there are many people, there is only one staff to provide service.

There are few staffs providing service. It is very easy to exchange vouchers from Traveloka, but it takes a long time if there are many people.

Must exchange in the BTS area, few staffs, many people, long queue.

You must claim at the customer service counter near the Airport Express Train. It doesn't take long. After receiving the card, it must be used within 1 month after the first use. The card will expire within 24 hours.

Bought a Tourist One Day Pass but couldn't use it. The ticket said to pick up at: Airport Express Customer Service Centre. I showed the paper to the officer but couldn't pick it up. Go to the first stop: Airport Express Customer Service Centre. Said no, go to pick up at Stop 2: Train tickers to the city. Said no, go to Stop 3: Pick up at the MTR booth in the Airport near the train station. Said no, go to the first stop. Repeated this for 2 hours because each place is far apart and you have to wait in line. I bought it in advance because I didn't want to wait in line, but I had to wait in many lines and wasted 2 hours. Very tiring.

There is a problem with voucher redemption. The Mtr staffs at the airport are not familiar with this pass. We had to contact the app assistant and It took 1 hour to redeem. We hope that the redemption procedure will improved.

It is a ticket for Airport Express 2 rounds and can use the MRT unlimitedly for 3 days. Very convenient. No need to worry when to top up.

It was very convenient to use though we really did not use it a lot. Still, there was a 50 HKD refund.

Very convenient for traveling. Don't worry about having to top up. Or you will get off at the wrong station and you will have to pay more money. I recommend.

The card is very useful. Can make anywhere. It's good to use 1 day for long distances. And to many places. So it saves more

It's very convenience, easy to redeem, and get unlimited mtr for 3 days, if you often traveling with mtr very worth it. And can add value to the card for use in bus, tram and etc, and it after top up value, can use it until balance -50 HKD (minus) its very save me when I run out of balance, and get deposit when return this ticket.

สะดวกค่ะ มีสูงวัยและเด็กไปด้วย ได้ส่วนลดของ traveloka เพิ่มอีก ราคาต่างกับเดินซื้อตั๋วปกติ+รถบัส เล็กน้อย ได้เช็คอินก่อน คุ้มค่ะ

Kalo durasi selama di hongkong pas 72 jam... Travel pass ini sangat rekomendasi, ga usah repot-repot deposit, tinggal jalan aja pake jaringan MTR
