With the ticket price that I paid being quite cheap, the facilities that I got were quite good for a fairly long trip.

As they can't speak English, make sure you come in early. Trip was good, confused about the stops, a couple of stops weren't part of the trip so we were nearly left behind. Had an accident so had to change bus. Overall it was all good.

My wife has difficulty with long duration land transport, with sleeper bus she can go through better (sleeping most of the time). The departure schedule is on time and the admin is very active to ensure we’re not late/miss the bus.

the bus left on time from Sapa. However cleanliness needs more attention. I found leftover waste/something sticking to our cabin's window.
