We've got different types of buses. Hanoi-Sapa: seat not comfortable, but there's a curtain for privacy, and it's a bit late from schedule. Sapa-Hanoi: seat comfortable but no curtain for privacy.

The bus was on time, clean, the driver helped put things in the trunk, and the driving was not reckless.

everything were clean and good. the staffs were helpful. they will pick you and drop you right at the meeting point. the trip surprisingly took shorter time and comfortable enough for me.

I had left my bag containing documents somewhere 30 minutes before the bus left for Hanoi. Thank God, I finally found it and the bus staff listened patiently, helped me, looked at the CCTV and waited for the bus to leave and we were still able to return to Hanoi on time... Thank You
