pas nyampe booth langsung kasih voucher traveloka gak lama di cek, verifikasi then beres dehhhh Siyap bawa. sampe Osaka langsung ke JR office update kapan mau di aktifkan then dpt small card yg bisa masuk ke pintu Jr lines di jepang. puas pokoke.

All processes from purchasing to exchanging in Japan are very easy. It's really worth it to buy a JR Pass. It seems expensive, but if you have used it and know the price if we buy tickets individually when we go to Japan, we will feel and say that the JR Pass is cheap 😀

hwaa really my savior, at first I thought I will buy the jr pass after I reach Tokyo but I got the price and knew that if I buy jr pass from Indonesia I will save more than I buy there. but usually, the jr pass needs to be delivered in around 1 week, but I was 5 days before my flight, and then I found this product that I can directly pick it up at the airport. thank god! I can travel happilyyy

I was about to get worried when buying from Klook requires you to wait for the voucher to be shipped physically. I didn't have that kind of time. but getting it from here is the best decision, because for one, you pay in Rupiah. Then, you pick it up in T3, they already have it ready with your name printed on. No fuss. no problem. 10/10 recommended for any travellers picking up the JR Pass.

It's really easy to redeem directly at the JavaMifi booth, take the voucher and exchange it at the JR office in Japan. Remember, guys, you have to keep it carefully because the pass is only the size of a business card so you don't lose it

Every process is great from redemption and usage. Just make sure you already have a detailed to-go list in Japan and what train you use for. Make sure to utilize JR lines as much as you can!

Belinya mepet bgt sama jadwal berangkat, soalnya tadinya ga mau ke Kyoto jadi terhasut temen, di travel lain udh ga bisa untung Traveloka masih bisa dan bisa diambil di Soetta. Pas di Soetta ngambil exchange ordernya tengah malem karena flight jam 4 dan gampang banget, cuma nunjukin paspor dan langsung dikasi sama petugasnya. Sampe Jepang tuker sama JR passnya terus langsung direserve semua tiket shinkansen sama petugasnya jadi jalan tenang banget udah punya tiket! Makasih Traveloka!! 🥰

Great experience using JR Pass. Easy to use, the staff in station very helpful.

The staff in the Soekarno Hatta airport were not friendly at all. Should pick better partner considering most of people use the service are not familiar with it. It is not a day to day thing.

i chosen the wrong date for redemption at the airport but traveloka staff were really helpful and i got my rail pass with no hassle. JR pass now is different with 2021, its just like a regular train ticket. So dont forget to pick it up in the ticket machine. other than that all good and fine

Easy to buy and redeem at counter, and it’s counter at Soekarno Hatta Intl Airport is easy to find. Glad to buy this JR Pass at Traveloka cause so helpful and it was my third time.
