The staff was very helpful, especially when my daughter accidentally left her passport in the ferry and we realized it before immigration check-in at Batam Centre. Thank you once again for the excellent double check after all passengers leaving the ferry.

It's very easy to use the voucher, just bring the voucher to the check-in counter and they will proceed the check-in process and give you the ferry boarding pass.

Check-in for the ferry was 10 minutes late, tickets were closed, but you can still get a free change at the next ferry time, thank you. The staff on the ferry are also very good.
