The counter reception is kind and helpful! If I am not mistaken, I need to pay around $9: $6 for the temporary fuel surcharge policy (I forgot the name) and $3 for rescheduling. But, to be honest, I never thought that we would arrive so fast with a cheap price. But overall, a great experience and thank you to all the staff!

- Ticket Exchange: There has been progress in ticket exchange, where currently only passports are required, without a purchase barcode. - Departure: The time is on schedule, even if all passengers have boarded, even before departure time, the ferry departs immediately, so the arrival time at Batam Center is faster. - Transportation Quality: Indeed, compared to other ferry vessels, cleanliness and maintenance need to be improved. However, with competitive and affordable ticket prices, this is understandable.

The ticket voucher was sent immediately after payment, and the collection of the boarding pass was smooth and easy.

The ticket exchange was quick, even though we exchanged it close to boarding time. They told us that if we didn't make it, we could exchange it for a later time. It turned out we didn't make it to the ferry, so we could reschedule once, but it would cost a small fee. It didn't matter, as long as we could leave without losing our tickets. It was great.
