Very easy to redeem. Staff helpful to assist us. Using this pass to Otaru and Furano. Was planning to use it to Hakodate (it's very worth the price!!) but there was a big rain at Hakodate and all trains were cancelled, so I couldn't maximize using the pass. Better to check the weather forecast before making your itinerary and booking the pass.
