It is very useful and economical for those who already have a destination covered by the JR pass wide, no need to buy Suica if you want to take the JR line, from the destination station you can walk to the tourist destination if you are on a low budget, don't lose the ticket because it cannot be replaced, it's really great.

It was really easy to purchase the pass from app, set the start date to maximize the use. In Japan, super easy to redeem at the JR East office and didn't need to wait until T-1 to redeem.

I bought tickets through Traveloga but can't exchange them now; I have to buy new ones. 😓

It was so amazing, I was amazed there. Information was written everywhere, but it was a bit confusing because there were so many people. If you want to ask, the staff can really help. Ask the staff at the ticket counter, if they can't speak English, there's a template to explain the train lines. I didn't regret booking the JR Wide Pass. It was really suitable and could save a bit. However, for those who don't want to bother going up and down escalators looking for train routes, this is not suitable. You have to have a high adventurous spirit.

Super good. The best trip using the Tokyo wide Pass.. more cheaper and easier to Nikko and other places in the areas surrounding Tokyo. The JR TOKYO Wide Pass is recommended.

We love how handy we can travel everywhere, including to Gala Yuzawa and Karuizawa via Shinkansen. We save a lot by using JR Tokyo Wide Pass

Very useful to take around Mt Fuji, Gala Yuzawa and im used to take NEX from narita to shinjuku. if you need help, go to JR East Office center and they are very helpful.

I wasn't able to redeem the vouchers because the QR codes were invalid , according to the JR service personnel. So, i ended up buying new tickets right there, and just requested traveloka for refund. Better and faster if you would just buy there when you arrive.

Actually all the ticket exchange procedures were explained clearly but because the required QR code was sent separately, and there was also another QR code before (which we thought was the one that was scanned) so it took longer than it should have before I finally realized it. Other than that everything was ok, the service and staff were friendly.
