I always enjoy using Sindoferry to travel from Batam to Singapore to Batam. It's hassle-free to buy tickets; you can use the app. Just show your voucher and print your ticket at the counter and enter at the gate. If the travel agent makes a mistake with your name, the ticketing staff can immediately correct it to match your passport.

The ticket does not include additional costs due to oil price spikes, etc. So, at the port, you will pay an additional 65k (other ship operators also pay the same).

It's well worth the money, even though Sindo always adds an additional fee to the ticket, but it's still cheaper than other airlines. Baggage processing takes a long time. I waited almost an hour for my luggage to arrive.
