Very recommended! The ferry was nice and clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Would love to go back and forth riding this ferry.

because of bad weather in Batam so my flight schedule was really late but I already buy Sindo Ferry Ticket and I call to Traveloka to make new arrangement schedule. Sindo Ferry allow to make 1x reschedule with penalty IDR 30,000 so I dont lose my ticket. ITS much better and help full... Thanks Traveloka and Sindo Ferry

Choosing to use SINDO Ferry compared to other ferries, honestly, the first is the cheapest price. Second, after experiencing it ourselves, the trip from Batam to Singapore and Singapore to Batam, in our family's opinion, this is very "Worth It!" Third, when compared to the price, all the comfort, punctuality, service, atmosphere on the ship, everything feels very cheap but comfortable and quality. Next, we will use SINDO Ferry again, so that our trip to Singapore and Malaysia, we can save more.
