Purchased return ticket with only 1 QR issued, but this 1 QR scanned 2x and successful. No paper whatsoever, it can save in your mobile phone, very easy. It has free Wi-Fi for 20 minutes ride. Shall purchase again when visiting Melbourne.

It was very affordable, but after flying to Melbourne from Brisbane, I really just wanted to go straight to my hotel. After I collected my baggage, I walked straight outside and there was the bus. The driver was very courteous and friendly. The bus left on time and it was a very comfortable ride into the city. After this positive experience, I booked my return ticket via the bus to the airport for the return leg of my trip. Once again, super prompt and timely service, wonderful instructions as to which terminal to go to, and dropped off at the door of the QANTAS terminal. As I said I have recommended you to so many friends who may be going to Melbourne in the next six months. I cannot imagine why you would get a taxi, when this service is just outstanding, and you will have more money to spend in Melbourne.

Convenient way to travel. Easy to find the pick up zone, signage is clear. Staff along the way to guide you to the correct bus. The bus ride itself is great, with a luggage section on the first level and seats at the top with big windows for sightseeing.
