I booked 5 bus tickets for my family on April 29, 2025 on the app. When I went to the ticket exchange station, the company informed me that due to traffic jams and road closures, the bus was not running. The company told me to contact Traveloka for a refund. When I contacted them, they texted that the ticket was not refundable. If the customer's fault was that I was late or did not go, I would accept losing this money. But this was not my family's fault, so why should my family lose the ticket money when I could not use the service?
I request that this money be refunded to my family from the company.
