I’m very disappointed with this shuttle rental experience. I booked and paid for a 6-person vehicle, but the car that arrived only fit 4 people. This was clearly a miscommunication between Traveloka and the local vendor in Malaysia.
I have already requested a refund, but it’s still under review after 3 days.
Please speed up the refund process, as this was entirely due to the service provider’s mistake.
Be careful, guys! Make sure to double-check everything before booking so you don’t end up in the same situation. better you order by Grab or etc
