The dispatcher is unprofessional in guiding and arranging the travel time of the guests. The website when booking tickets announced that the bus will depart from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm every 30 minutes, but when I exchanged the schedule for a 1-day tour of Tay Ninh with the operator, the option the bus company gave was only 1 hour and I had no choice (departing from 5:30 am and returning at 4:30 pm), so it will not be suitable for those who want to visit Ba Den mountain and return in the same day. The service provided by the bus company only has 1 trip/day for booking guests. I do not recommend if you choose to go to Ba Den mountain and return in the same day.
