My Points

Very bad, will not use the service again. There is no voucher to exchange for tickets. Called to confirm that the booking number given by Traveloka can be used, but when going to the counter in Japan, it cannot be exchanged. Wasted time contacting, wasted time traveling. Currently requesting a refund. I don't know if there will be another problem.

แย่มากๆ ขอไม่ใช้บริการอีก ไม่มี voucher เพื่อแลกตั๋วให้ โทรไปถามยืนยันว่าเลขbooking ที่ทาง traveloka ให้มาสามารถใช้ได้  แต่พอไปเคาร์เตอร์ที่ญี่ปุ่นไม่สามารถแลกได้ เสียเวลาติดต่อ เสียเวลาเที่ยว กำลังทำเรื่องขอrefund เงิน ไม่รู้จะมีปัญหาอีกรึเปล่า
