It is very convenient for those with groups and lots of luggage. Especially on January 1st, there will definitely be a long queue. Apart from that, Denpasar Airport is indeed very prepared for the New Year's crowd. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Unlike our Joumpa service in another city, the Bali service didn't save us a lot of time really. We were still escorted through normal queue (us lining up together with the staff and other passengers) for both passport & custom baggage clearance. The only perk was only for us to wait in a special room while the staff picked up our luggage from the belt. Other than that, considering the price we have to pay for 4 pax (my husband, myself and our 7 & 4 year old child), it's not worth the price.
