The pickup was easy. You just need to go to the GoHub desk on the 2nd floor departure area. Just show the voucher and give the deposit of VND 1,300,000. Afterwards, using the pocket wifi was very easy and the connection was really fast and reliable. Luckily, the GoHub desk was already open at 6 am, as we had an 8 am flight to catch. We were able to return the pocket wifi and get back our deposit. Easy! :)
