order via bag reservation. ordered twin beds put together. when it arrives at 12, it turns out to be a queen bed. ask for std anniv decor. there is only cake. then ask to move to one twin bed room. not allowed on the grounds that it has been decorated. that's just it. but finally allowed. told to wait at 2.What were you waiting in the lobby, what did you call him? what do you think you're waiting in the lobby if you don't come. good view rooms, fresh air, ok facilities, no swimming because of crowded people. only my room balcony door could not be closed and could not be locked. room service is somewhat uncoordinated. ask for an extra mat, it's come, uh come again health protocols are slightly neglected.

Great holiday! Everything is ok, nothing is missing, the one who didn't stay was just last night ... hehehe .. All the staff are very friendly, all the cleanliness facilities are maintained ... Oh yes, but there is 1 room out of 2 rooms that we ordered, the bathroom is a bit flooded, I don't know why maybe someone is leaking ... Overall ok.

a plus for the cleanliness and comfort of the room and recreation for children. minus value for staff service, of the 5 rooms ordered 2 new rooms are available at 3 pm, when borrowing utilities such as irons are not given until check out time, room equipment such as small towels and new mats are given after visiting the receptionist at night

An amazing place to stay. The open view from the balcony is amazing, it feels so relaxing. Clean and nice room. There’s also a lot of activities you can do at the hotel.
