If you're looking for a convenient way to get a new SIM card, this program is worth trying. However, it can be a bit challenging to find the booth if you arrive on an international flight, as you'll need to take a bus to the domestic terminal. During this time, you’ll have to rely on the airport Wi-Fi, so I recommend downloading the receipt or taking a screenshot of your payment in case the Wi-Fi isn't working. The booth is located to the side of the exit door.
