The staff met me at the arrival gate and directed me to the priority lane. However, they left before I reached the counter. A different officer then asked for an ABTC card and told me to leave the queue since I didn't have one. Fortunately, I was able to explain the situation myself and proceed. The service is helpful for bypassing the main crowd, but the assistance could be better if the staff stayed until the immigration process is fully completed.

Upon arriving at the immigration counter, an officer with a booth name was waiting for us, matching our registered names, and we were guided to the fast-track immigration lane. Yesterday, it only took my family and me 20 minutes from disembarking the plane to baggage claim... What a time saver. I recommend using the fast track on the Experience app if you're planning to enter Vietnam. Good job.
