The views and having our own swimming pool was great. The concept of needing transportation to go anywhere in the resort not very convenient and time consuming. What was very disappointing was their travel agency. We rented a private yacht (Sonrisas) and they failed to notify us that the AC didn’t work and also that the whole 5 hours the yacht will have a terrible sewage smell.

Older but well maintained and clean facility. Extremely helpful staff. They made a pool by isolating part of the sea which is definitely worth seeing. They made us feel great . Spectacular view from our room and a private pool.

I know tbe US has a travel advisory for Acapulco. Not once did I feel threatened or see a threat. I went from airport to the resort. The resort was amazing! Spa was awesome and the food was perfect. OMG! I was having issues when I got there. However, after eating the fresh food my digestive system got back on track. It was an amazing ecperience and beautiful view all day and night.

Exceptional location and service

High end property and service.

Staff was super friendly, not too crowded with guests. The hotel is located along a hill so you get a wonderful view of the coastline. Air conditioning was great, rooms were probably cleaned and the private pool was a great addition to have. Recommend going to the hotel pool early to grab a spot.

If you do not stay at this property, you are truly missing out. This might be the nicest, most comfortable and private accommodation anywhere in Mexico.

Clean room, staff very courteous, pool kept clean. Breakfast pastries boring, same staff day after day. One very expensive restaurant on the resort, no possibility to by any snacks or drinks, in need for a small store. Had to hire a cab every time you needed to go to the restaurant areas, Main Street, if you wanted to by any food supply. The beach restaurant same expensive, with limited menu. Constant cab drives for every need made it very expensive, not practical.

Everything was great, the room, food, the staff, and weather.

This iconic hotel is still gorgeous and the views spectacular. Many room have private pools. The staff are all great! The entire property is spotless!
