The room has a kitchenette but they do no have plates or cutlery, they have zero items in the room, no rag or soap even, all cabinets were empty, the front desk man said I could buy plates if I wanted to. Their was a lot of very curly black hairs stuck to the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, I am not even sure how they got SO MUCH hair up there.

It was kind of gross😆. But for the price it would work. Maybe bring your own sheets, pillows, etc. The people up front were nice and helpful. Its a long term stay kind of place so the rooms are Very Used. Also a lot of "tennants" hanging out in the parking lot, smoking, etc.

We booked two rooms, and ended up with one right above the other. The shower from the top room leaked water into the bottom, and the hotel staff promised a repairman would be there in the morning, and he mever showed up for the two days we stayed.

If you are looking for a cheap stay, then this is honestly not a bad option. It is conveniently located to a lot of places, and although everything was very old, our room was decently clean. My wife and I are not generally ones to complain; however, we did not have the best experience at this place. The staff was not super friendly when we arrived, and the main areas and halls reeked of marijuana from the night we checked in to the day we left two nights later. Our key card did not work the get in the front door one evening, and we had to walk around the building to get inside. Thankfully that worked, as there was no one on duty at night. The place also does not have any elevators. They also need to do some plumbing work as the sink and shower barely drain at all. It was clear to us after our stay why this place was inexpensive.

Very good value for your money. The place was clean smelled good and it's in a great area. Very satisfied. The front desk was a little rude at times but they pulled through it like a trooper and did their job. Would definitely recommend for friends four out of five stars

Hotels like this should be removed from all rental search engines and their city license to operate revoked until they fix the property. It is a shame that places like this advertise because they do not meet the basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, safety, and customer service. The room was smelly, furniture was old, no breakfast, only coffee. The least I can say, HORRIBLE, spend you $ in a place that is worth your pennies; don't trust the good reviews, I don't doubt that they pay someone to write something positive

Older building that is well maintained. A couple of things that rubbed my type-A personality the wrong way: 1. Suite hotel with a kitchen but not a single kitchen utensil, plate, etc. provided. 2. The refrigerator door in our room (#216) opened the wrong way - not a big deal for an overnight stay but if I was going to be staying for a few days it would really annoy me.

Hotel was adequate & clean for a single night stay. The had an odd smell and we could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the building.

When we checked in we were told they could only give us a room with a single queen bed and not the 2 we had booked. They started there were no other rooms and they did not even have a rollaway. Their solution was to offer us an extra blanket. It was super late when we arrived (we did message the property before hand and let them know) i could literally not drive any farther. I ended up sleeping in a chair. They blamed it on a mistake by hotels.com but when hotels.com reached out to them they claimed i had opted for the single and did not want a double and refused to issue even a partial refund.

Our room was not part of the main hotel but in annex building. The extended stay clientele followed us around the property to our room making our family feeling unsafe and uneasy. Upon entering the building, the smell of smoke was intense despite no smoking signs around. The room itself was filthy and multiple towels had been clearly used (or not properly cleaned with hair present). The beds were visibility sagging and thin mattresses which provided no support! Dogs were on property and barking throughout the building. This hotel was awful! Within moments of entering we contacted management and Expedia to get out of this reservation. Our entire family, including our child, were not comfortable staying here.

Smelled spray paint when we woke up but for the most part everyone was quiet during quiet hours , no signs of pests. Stove, oven, microwave and fridge all worked ! Front desk very nice. Make sure to bring your own cookware plates cups, bowls , and silverware. Very pet friendly

Friendly staff. Room was immaculately clean: plank floors instead of carpet! Beautiful bathroom with counter space almost wall to wall. Lighted mirror around all four sides: nicer to apply makeup in the morning. Beautiful property!
