The hotel has a bar/night club so at night it was so packed I could never find a parking spot. There’s a lot of homeless people outside the hotel. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest.

Dirty rooms, first room smelled like smoke and we had to be moved. Rooms not cleaned well at all. Toilet paper roll holder broken and toilet paper just left sitting on the vanity. Floors throughout the hotel dirty. Ice machines not working tried 3 different ones. Could go on with more but why, it was bad bad.

The hotel is very rundown. It’s in a bad need for an update. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. The bar on the first floor was kind of sketchy. They had to off duty police officers acting as bouncers. The ice machine on the sixth floor didn’t work. In the bedding of my daughter‘s bed was dirty.

Bit musty. Generally fine. Towels looked clean but stained.

I have to say the shower, towels & bed was very nice. The hotel overall is in sad shape, dated. The restaurant is a total dump. Foam plates, cheapest plastic utensils & it was just filthy. I would never stsy here again. It was a 1 night stop on a trip elsewhere. Room was huge. Its a shame its not maintained.

Hairdryer caught on fire. Luckily my mom asked if mine worked because hers did not and I was holding it away from my hair. Flames and terrible sounds.

Poor property condition

There was a lot of deferred maintenance. Sloppy paint, stains on carpet, walls and ceiling. Ice machine was in pieces. Carpet not vacuumed.

First I want to state that, this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. I was only in my hotel room for hour and half. The room spelled of pee. Come to find out someone/something peed on the bed skirting. The room wasn’t clean at all. Clearly the room wasn’t clean before my stay. I The pictures that were posted were a complete lie.

Outdated, unclean but comfy beds.

This was probably one of the worst hotels iv ever stayed at the room was disgusting there was stains on the comforter and food on the walls the bath tub was so gross we wouldn’t use it.. We were in town for a sold out concert when we got back the restaurant in the hotel turned into a night club 2 cops were there for security made me nervous having my young niece with me not to mention we could hear the music from the bar till 2am… I actually tried to find another hotel to go to at 11pm that night but with the concert there was nothing available… NEVER would I stay here again! Nasty!!!!!

I rented two rooms, I found dog poo 💩 in one of the rooms, I notified the front desk and they did not do anything about it

There was bed bugs it was horrible and they tried denying it I showed them video evidence and still wanted to say they had to send a cleaner to verify I did tell them let’s go to the room and I can show you the door that leads to the other room would not close properly I left once I saw the bed bugs and requested full refund they gave me the run arounds until finally they approved the refund I was there to celebrate Mother’s Day and came home and now I’m terrified that I could get bed bugs in my home if you like bed bugs go ahead and stay at this hotel

Second time I have stayed here. Clean, comfy, parking, quiet, nice and helpful staff.

The linens at least apprar clean. Floors, walls, ceilings — all old, torn up, dates. Hallways, smell bad, rumpled carpet, overall very cheap. Get less than you pay for.

Needed a place to stay after traveling all day this place was close I 80

This hotel has a great location (near interstate 80). When we first arrived, we parked by a person that appeared to be living in his car. And once in the lobby there was a drunk man in th lobby. This is an older hotel, but fairly clean. The stool kept running and a light bulb was burnt out.

Hallways reaked of pot. Rooms were fairly clean. Definitely needs some updating.
