Room was allocated in a floor custom meant for other purpose and as a consequence ,there was an incident experienced which was very uncomfortable. Also, expedia listed the hotel as "Breakfast included" while i was looking to book and after booking was "breakfast available". This could have been preesented more clear in terms of price vs amenities for customer to get clarity on his expectations before booking. The hotel refused breakfast option. Overall this particular booking has been terrible from both the entities involved.

Average hotel you pay what you get for. Family type accommodations and a place to sleep. The room was spacious and well cleaned. But the bathroom was dated and poorly put together. The towels were of medium quality at best and the toilet was low and hard to get up from. The bathtub was old ad the gaze was peeling. Overall the staff were great, nice and very approachable. We would stay again if just passing through again.

Didn't see any staff except 2 people working the front desk. There were no adjoining rooms, but got 2 next to each other. Things went downhill from there. The staff who checked us in should have informed us that the hotel was being partly used as a nursing home! We then should have been given the option to get our money back and go elsewhere. After checking in and driving around to the side,we brought our luggage in and left to enjpy our day. It wasn't until we got back and walked down the hall we saw people that were obviously not your regular vacation. And the smell, ugh, it was 100% nursing home, shortstaffed dirty diaper smell! We stayed in our rooms and inspite of requesting late check out, we were gone by 9 am. The smell was overwhelming. The girl was surprised we were leaving early and I told her we couldn't take the smell. She did look confused, but just said, oh, ok.

2 large groups of protesters blocked both exits when we went to leave. Police were no help and suggested I go plead with the leader. We’d seen some disabled adults being cared for in the hotel, they had a large room block and everyone was quite friendly. Apparently the protest/picket line was over wages and the caregivers not receiving wage increases for several years. I empathize with both the caregivers and the disabled adults and appreciate freedom of speech. After about 25 minutes they let us out. If anyone knew ahead of time they didn’t tell us, I’d skip breakfast at the hotel…not worth the service.

Hotel is close to the highway. A variety of restaurant or a close drive or walk.

The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The pool was beautiful—large, over 6 feet deep, and just the right temperature. However, the pillows and beds were a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, a baseball team of boys were allowed to run through the hallways past 9 p.m., disrupting a few other guests and myself because I had two young children sleeping. Overall, the stay was okay.

First of all the curtain were missing the dark shades closest to the window so light passed through the furnitùre need to be updated the recliner was flat and broken and worren. And desk chair flat and no cushion. Needs an upgrade. And the iceachine was broken. They had booked 3 kids hockey teams and they were running from 9pm til 2 am screwing around and making noise. Not very good. Ones books a room months in advance and this crap happens. Not good. The room spelt of musty or closed in. No cup or glasses for water or coffee.

Hello. For the rate and getting some shut eye the place is perfect. Could use a new blackout curtain in room 266. It didn’t have one so was pretty bright at night. Other than that room was good. Clean and updated.

Staff didn’t speak English too well waited two hours to check in when I already booked my room. We had to stand and wait for two hours almost in line to get our room. It was late. I was tired very upsetting. I thought my breakfast was included. it wasn’t I guess

An elevator is needed to provide easy access to the second floor, as it is difficult to understand how a person using a wheelchair or with mobility needs would be able to access the second floor safely and comfortably without one. This should be addressed in accordance with accessibility requirements and applicable laws to ensure proper and inclusive access.

Good breakfast (not included), better than a usually continental breakfast so I didn't mind paying the $15. The server was super nice and accomodating.
