The room was a mosh mosh of random non-matching furniture like a cheap motel might have. No microwave. Cleaning lady knocked and entered before any reasonable person could answer the door.

Clean rooms, safe hotel

Very clean, quiet, amazing staff, food and drinks were delicious. All around great place!

The staff was amazing and the overall stay was positive. Unfortunately the description of the room vs what we got didn’t match. The description includes separate shower and bath but that was not the setup of the room and they had no other available so I was stuck with a room that didn’t match what I booked. This needs to be addressed for room booking accuracy

HVAC fan made a loud noise every time it turned off. Thin pillow option would be nice.

I had to request for my room to be cleaned everyday. They didn't change bed sheets, they just made bed. Floors in room never cleaned. Poor housekeeping services

Wonderful pool but a bathroom in the pool area would be nice. We went swimming later in the day, there were cups and food boxes all over. That falls on the people drinking and eating but it would be nice if staff would clean the area up. Also our balcony had bird droppings and paint chipping off the roof. Just needed a little TLC.

Everything was good until my wife slipped and fell in shower, there should of been a non slip mat in shower as I almost fell also

Pool area is my favorite, this is the only place i go when I visit friends in Chandler. I felt as though the pool could have had longer hours. Also, not the friendliest of staff at AJ's...breakfast was warm, not hot. Overall I stay because of the location.

Memories of a relaxing time. Loved the pool and friendly gal who brought me a refreshing lemonade right to the pool ! Balcony view was quite nice. Will come again !

We’ve stayed here many times-it’s a convenient location for us and the activities we need to do while in the valley. We love the old school resort style of the hotel and they have a done and overall good job at staying up to date and renovated. The beds are comfortable, the staff is super nice and it’s close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Pool side service is nice to have as well.

It's closed to the Downtown Chandler, and there are a lot of shops and bars around.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous .

This is our second stay at Crowne Plaza Phoenix and it won't be our last. Both times, the hotel was exactly what we were hoping and the staff is awesome. The only minor issue we had was with the bartender - there were 3 people at the bar, 3 women at one table and 3 of us near the fireplace. He absolutely ignored us and we finally had to walk up to the bar to get drinks. No big deal, just disappointing.

The property is located in a safe and convenient location, close to many amenities. The room was fine. However: 1) The pool was unavailable for part of our stay, which was one of the principle reasons we choose this place 2) Our room was not made up one of the days we were there, and we had to request service for the room multiple times before it was attended to. 3) Our room service tray was not picked up so it stayed in front of our door in the Arizona heat. By the time it was picked up it had gotten a bit ripe.
