Sheraton overbooked me!
When I arrived in Denver airport (after 20hours of flight), I received an email from a staff from Sheraton that their system went hay wire and that they have overbooked me. As a result, they have no room for me that night, and told me to make my way to Holiday Inn Express instead.
Luckily I checked my email upon touch down. Otherwise, I would have made a wasted trip to Sheraton.
Holiday Inn Express is a 2 star hotel. Not at the same level as Sheraton. Till date, I have not received any refunds deom Sheraton. It is very unprofessional of them.
