Small but great service and clean

Friendly and fast check in! Be mindful that rooms do not have AC. This doesn't bother me at all, but it does some. Great location

Location is one of the main reason I booked this hotel. But it turned out way better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also not bad. It is so close to old town and limmat.

Very nice service at check in, luggage storage was good and taxi arrangements done well. Great location.

This hotel was in a location easy to walk to all of old town Zürich. We had a little trouble finding it and the cobblestone was being worked on outside their doors. Once there we had the cutest terrace loft. What a great find. Don’t let the journey there dissuade you. Good breakfast, clean, nice shower and comfortable bed.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Stored our luggage pre check in & after checkout. Great location in Old Town. Accommodation served their purpose & were more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

The ladies from the reception is very helpful and friendly. Our main concern is the shower which is very small and no door making the bathroom all wet when showering. The room size is small but cozy. The air conditioning is not that cool. The location is very good, near the main attraction of the Old Town and accessible to the tram and train stations. Overall we like our stay.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The room is in an arctic. When you get out of bed, you have to do it on your knees because you'll hit your head. In the bathroom, when you take a shower, the water comes out all over the floor. You have to put a towel so it doesn't get into the room. You can't leave anything on the shelves because they get wet. The safe is in the apartment and the TV doesn't work. Don't stay in room #56.

Location is prime. People were wonderfully hospitable

Lovely location and wonderful staff. The whole area has the walkways under construction, so that was inconvenient, but not a reason not to choose this hotel.

Muy bonito y buena localización. Lo único negativo que encontré es que el cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado. Se pone caluroso para dormir. Para que entre un poco de fresco hay que abrir las ventanas y por lo tanto entra el sonido de la calle. A veces muy ruidoso. Gente hablando, carros, etc.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to tram stop, river, restaurants and shops and many tourist hot spots. We booked a cosy comfort room and it was very cosy. Really no room to move with 2 people and 2 cases. Perhaps look for a larger room if you can. Awesome Thai restaurant next door
