I liked that there was a shuttle to and from Disneyland and that if you really wanted to it was just a 20 min. Walk to Downtown Disney.

This is our go to hotel if we’re not staying at the Disneyland Hotel. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very nice

Lobby is very nice. Gardens were beautiful. Staff were kind but not very competent. Check in took 10 mins because he didn’t know how to work the system. The room numbers make no sense at all. It’s a large property horizontally so expect a long walk to your room. $25 to park. Outside the lobby is a dated, damaged, smelly hellscape that screams “Demolish me and start over!” Torn wallpaper. Water stains on floor and ceiling. Ice dispenser area smelled like a gym locker room.. Inside the room was not much better. It smelled like old people. Blood stains or red paint on the carpet. Some brown fluid was stained on the wall. Air conditioner did not work. Yes I pressed the separate button that powers the system first. It blew for 4 hours and it was the same 76 degrees it was when I first turned it on. Had to buy a fan at Walmart and open the window to even attempt sleep. So I got to smell the diesel exhaust from the 5 freeway all night. No screen on the windows to keep out the bugs. Windows open meant lights from the parking lot shinned into the room. Got no sleep at all. The bar soap was the size of a wedding mint, and about as good at cleaning your hands. Furniture was fine. Lamps were dated. Horrible experience Waste of money.

Extremely convenient free shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Staff is kind and informative, some of them are Spanish-speaking as well! They gave us fresh towels when we requested it (since they only serviced our room once during our 5 night stay). Our room smelled bad the entire stay which was made worse when the AC was on. There was black stuff in and around the shower which took ~10 minutes to heat up. Bed was hard, but sheets were clean. And the walls are thin. It looks like they do housekeeping between guests very quickly and aren't thorough. If you're looking for something affordable after spending so much money on theme park tickets and don't mind your stay being outdated and not very clean, it's a super safe area to sleep at night and the lobby is decorated with cute royal vibes. You're absolutely paying mostly for the location to Disney. We won't stay there again, but the people we traveled with said they would so it just depends on your preference.

Outside esthetics is nice esp the fountain area. The princess walking around is the best attraction for our granddaughters. Some of the hallway ceilings were slightly opened or warped. Our room toilet got clogged up even only flushed are toilet paper. The room ceiling is still the popcorn ceiling which is most likely with asbestos which is unhealthy or can be toxic. Receptionist Christopher was very accommodating and warm in welcoming us at check in and same at check out. Our 1st breakfast experience at the restaurant was great so we went back the following morning, unfortunately it was very disappointing the following day, Sunday. The parking fee of $25 per night + 17.24% tax fee is ridiculous. It should have been included to the daily rate of the room instead of a surprise addition to learn about at check in!

We had a fantastic stay at the Majestic! We went to visit Disneyland and the shuttle made getting to the park super convenient! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. This will be our go-to place when visiting Disney from now on.

I really enjoyed the entry to the hotel, but after passing the lobby you can tell the hotel could use a much needed update for the rooms, beds were out dated could be changed out and the TV was really small, but overall I had a nice stay. I was not a fan of the price for what we got.

Very old hotel. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. We heard every single conversation from the people next to us and when they were not talking you could hear the cars on the freeway. They double charged me for parking and when I contacted the hotel they advised me to send proof. I emailed the proof and then heard nothing. When I tried to call the hotel back they basically just kept blowing me off. What was also weird is they charged me 120.00 for parking and then another 70.00 when exiting out of the gate. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Not worth it !! So many other places you can stay around the same price that are closer to the Disney parks

The shuttle was awesome and convenient to Disneyland where my granddaughter was dancing in the parade. Loved the gardens and the ducks. The swimming pool was great on the hot days. Shopped alot at the convenient store. Kids loved the pool and arcade. We used the gym and it would have been great if there were a bike as well. The only complaint would be the housekeeping would've been great if it were evvery second day instead of every third.

Staff was friendly, there a few relaxing garden areas.

This was a very nice stay right next to Disney, they have amazing decorations, the rooms were clean and spacious. There’s a good store in there as well. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Definitely plan to stay again soon!

Great location and convenient shuttle to Disney. Older rooms but clean. The only challenge was finding our room since property is so big and map is unclear.

Didn’t know we had to pay $25 per day for parking until we got there the rooms are very outdated with not very comfortable beds. They also never came by to clean the room or replace towels we had to call and ask them. The pool and hot tub was nice and so was the Japanese restaurant. The courtyard with the gazebo was also very nice we really like the koi pond and the friendly ducks. There’s other hotels closer to the park that we will stay at next time

Great staff!!! Nice pool and great location to Disney! Their shuttle was great. Downside the internet is so slow unless you pay. Really disappointed wish they call it free internet but it’s basically unusable unless you pay.

Nice accommodations, priced well, transportation to Disney was great. Great restaurants.
