The view from the room I booked was very beautiful.

My client had the best stay. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. While we were initially asked for a HK$4,000 deposit, they offered the flexibility to forgo the deposit and only pay for any additional consumption or charges upon check out. The room was also very comfortable and of top quality. Compared to its counterparts in Jakarta, the Sheraton HK still excels.

Near MRT, excellent breakfast and near to SOGO shopping center.

Service during check in and check out was incredibly slow, receptionists were attending to more than one customer and kept us waiting for a very long time. The queue during check in was extremely long but they did nothing about it, just kept keeping their customers waiting. We waited for about 20-25 minutes, this is unacceptable just for checking in. Checking in needs to be more efficient as some people have travelled for long hours.

Spacious, comfortable room, as in the photo. Indeed a 5-star hotel class. Close to shopping centers.

I asked for city view ... They give me a room with a wall ... With a really expensive price ....

The hotel is old, carpet badly stained, not child friendly (they told my over excited kids to be quiet during check in), no kids club, nothing available to entertain kids during rainy days. Although to be fair, the service can’t be faulted and the staff are helpful, the location is very good, just across the road is mtr and star ferry and located right above shopping mall

The images shown on the webpage do not match the real thing. When we choose the room at the time of booking, it should indicate what room What is the view room? Good shape too Because I am not very happy with the room I get
