Veey clean, and enjoyable

The only downside about our stay was the breakfast that they didn’t have waffles nor eggs available.

Breakfast lacked variety

This was not the hotel I was expecting. The reviews were great, but several areas fell far short of expectations. The floor from the entrance to the elevator was dirty and sticky. The bedsheets smelled, yes, they actually smelled dirty! And to top it off, this morning there were flies on the bagels. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but I did expect at least a clean bed and bathroom!

When I booked it was it was through a shared link with family. They were at a totally different location. I prepaid for my room and this location wouldn’t let me move to the other location to be with my family. They were rude and inconsiderate. I was there to see the man that murdered my family member get sentenced to prison. I try explain this but the manager was to busy speaking her language about me to other employees, little did she know that I knew exactly what she was saying! Such poor service and lack of respect! I had my husband call over to the other location and make arrangements for me and my family came and picked me up. It cost me over a $ 100 dollars in Uber rides for this mix up and then she charged me for this room. Plus my husband paid over a $100.00 for the second room. I want to be reimbursement for this mixup! I don’t feel that it was my fault that this app booked me at the wrong motel!

Pretty cool room. All the basics & a little bit more. Close to everything & not expensive at all. I enjoyed my stay!

Nice and comfortable

Breakfast was pretty much all bagels and cereal. No microwave for public use in room or on the property.

Staff was very helpful

Breakfast needs improvement like waffles, sausage, eggs.

Great location close to UTSA. No exercise room but enjoyed the pool and breakfast bagels with coffee.

Could be a little cleaner

This would’ve been a higher rated review since our stay was great, within minutes of La Cantera, fresh towels in the room when we came back after a long day and room was very accommodating. However, I have been attempting to contact the hotel for an item I accidentally left behind but it’s been a day and a half and no one seems to answer the phone… it’s pretty ridiculous..
