It was a good decent room with staff willing to go that extra step for you. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if required.

The food in the restaurant was good; breakfast was nice; staff very pleasant and helpful all round.

Well placed in the centre of the city, easy to get to and easy to park. Check in was straightforward with very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Clean room

The room was disgusting, there was sick stains on the carpet and what looked like blood stains on the curtains. One of the members of staff entered my room whilst I was changing because my shower was leaking in the room below. I would not stay here again

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

The room was nice and had air conditioning but i didnt have a great nights sleep because the air con was on a timer and it was a super hot day and it went off every hour. It was a noisy room with creeky floors. I was disappointed as i had laser treatment and needed to sleep after my surgery but it was very noisy for a Wednesday night.

I didn’t get her name but the receptionist wait tattoos and dark hair was so helpful friendly and welcoming, I would stay here again just from that welcome!

Room was spotless. The staff are really lovely especially the lovely lady who works in the bar in the evenings. Breakfast is well worth it.
