We have stayed at this property many times! It is in such a beautiful location. Disappointed that they are undergoing a renovation and replacing The Lone Eagle Grill with another upscale restaurant! Pros: Excellent check-in, room was very clean and spacious, pool was warm and welcoming. Cons: Cutthroat’s food was so-so, coffee at Cafe was awful! We didn’t go the beach either, but were offer free shuttle service to neighboring beaches. Hyatt beach is closed because of restaurant renovations! We will return as long as room rates are reasonable! Great property!

The entire property is well-maintained and clean. There was a creek that ran behind the property that we enjoyed looking at and listening to. While not related to the property, all of the staff were professional and friendly. Special shout out to Lindsey who warmly checked us in and always remembered our names and Natasha who took care of us after a minor issue with the AC. We had a wonderful stay!

The overall experience from the time we drove up was wonderful. Great accommodations, customer service, and food options. Only negative was too many dogs in the the hotel. No real thought to people with pet allergies.

Our room was very nice. The only negative was the shower head. It's broken, unattached to the handle. We had to hold it over our heads to wash up. All else was good.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency in Incline Village! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. We came from a terrible experience at another hotel in South Lake Tahoe, and without even knowing that, the Hyatt team completely turned our trip around. Check-in was smooth and warm. A special shoutout to Natasha at the front desk—her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel so cared for. From room upgrades, to late check out, to birthday treats for me and my dog sent to the room, etc. All done without us even asking or hinting for it. The staff across the board went above and beyond, often doing thoughtful things without being asked. For example, valet made sure our car was fully charged every time we picked it up—without us requesting it. The property is stunning and incredibly dog-friendly. There are spacious areas for dogs to play, and it’s conveniently located next to a dog park. My dog was just as pampered as we were! Hyatt transformed what started as a disappointing birthday getaway into a truly memorable one. The level of service here is in a different league—especially compared to The Landing, where we felt unwelcome and overlooked despite paying premium prices. The Landing treated us like we should be thanking them for allowing us to stay there. We’ll absolutely be back. If you’re coming to Lake Tahoe—especially with a pet—this is the place to stay.

We loved the resort overall and so many special touches. I did sign up for the Monkey Rock hike and loved our guides Alex and Shayna. The complimentary S’mores kit was wonderful and the firepit was nice. The best part was how dog friendly the resort is and the fact they placed us on the first floor with a patio that opened right onto the grass for our furry friend. Bravo for that! I will say there is a bird problem as these small blackbirds literally attacked us more than once! It was comical and then kind of scary lol. The beach access was closed for construction which we were warned about ahead of time. But was disappointed that the 2 beaches they shuttled to as alternatives were not dog friendly :(

While the hotel was clearly not full, we were given a room with no view at all at the bottom level (room 102). The person registering us could have been much more accommodating and it would’ve made a difference.

Convenient to the lake and plenty of restaurants. The beach access was under renovation but the Hyatt had arrangements with another nearby.

The resort staff was super nice and welcoming. They offer complementary drinks upon arrival as well as a s’mores kit for the fire pits. Loved it.

The property was gorgeous in the ambiance was great. The staff is very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant downstairs also was very very accommodating to my gluten allergies. Go back again.

Location, location, location. Hotel itself does not offer spectacular views of the mountains or lake at lower floors.

Even though parts of the property had renovations going on, pool, beach access, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was super nice, room and bed was clean and comfortable. The spa and staff were also amazing. I would definitely stay again.

We really don't understand the acceptance of pets everywhere these days. As a dog Owner, I love dogs, but would not bring ours on vacation. We had to change rooms b/c there were TWO barking dogs on our corridor.
