It was nice

The hotel is nice, and I appreciated the Starbucks on the property near the front desk. However, the refrigerator in our room was not working, and overall the stay didn’t feel anything special. We stayed on New Year’s Eve, and a small touch like a “Happy New Year” note or chocolate would have been appreciated, especially given the high price per night.

Loud AC. Parking issues. Rooms quality is sub par.

The staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located to places were we were supposed to be.

Bed was horrible and paid extra for a ‘corner’ room thinking you got a view from two sides, which didn’t happen. Paid extra for a regular view as any other room.

The staff was super accommodating! Valet service was very fast and all the workers we ran into were friendly. The bar attached to the hotel was great, great service, friendly bartenders. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved that they were thoughtful about the noise by leaving earplugs. Location was great being right next to Stephen Ave, lots of restaurants and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the Members Lounge with its wide selection, 24/7 access and relaxing atmosphere. Chris was great company as well making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Will absolutely be making this our preferred choice from now on.

Not one individual "thing" stood out, everything worked out well, fromcheck-in to check-out and vehicle retreival.

Great hotel

Staff was super friendly. Room was very cold - window is old so insulation is bad and it was -20C in Calgary. I turned the thermalstat to max but still just ok. Room was very noisy - can hear construction from outside. I fully suppor the green initiative so towels don't need to be changed every day, but the toilet should be cleaned - that wasn't done. It was not at Marriot standard.

Great location, fantastic hotel, super clean. Can't go wrong with Marriot.
