Staff was great. Location was good. Hotel was dirty and i did not rcvd maid service. The elevators were horrendous, waited regularly 3-4 passes to be able to get on.

I would like to first start off by saying the lobby and the staff was Great. The room was not prepared for a new guest. The bar of soap was used, no face towels, no iron board, coffee maker wasn't working and the television wasn't working and yes this was brought to staff attention and yet I was charged $20.00 for services. I would still recommend YVE but they need to make sure that rooms are ready for guest at check in

room nice missing towels in room. only 1 when booked for 2. They had no extra rags on stand by. Could be very low on staff. 1 of 2 elevators was out.

The room we were given was very spacious but loud. The AC unit was singing all night. Walls are thin too. The second elevator was out of service the whole time. Other than that it was cool and a perfectly convenient to downtown. Even was given two complimentary drinks for the bar downstairs. Would stay again. Everything is near by!

The room and bathroom were not clean. It had a bad smell.

My stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing. When I arrived, I noticed right away that the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet and surfaces were dusty, the windows and curtains looked dirty, and the shower dispenser didn’t work well. I also found a used contact lens in the bed, and the sheets didn’t seem freshly changed, which made me feel uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t in great condition either — the bathtub clogged while I showered, causing water to pool around my feet. For the price of the stay, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and maintenance. I also didn’t realize the room came without a fridge or microwave, which made things a bit inconvenient. While that may have been my oversight, it added to the overall experience. The location is convenient and walkable, but unfortunately the room itself did not meet expectations. I hope the property considers improving cleanliness and general upkeep for future guests.

Room was spotless staff was great

We did not have breakfast. Nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast.

The room was awful. The price we paid was ridiculous. You could take a pee and brush your teeth at the same time the room was so small. Our room on the cruise we took was larger. No wash cloths in the room, no bag for the ice bucket. If I could I would ask for my money back. Plus it was right on the same block as a bunch of homeless.

The staff was really great and the hotel is in a great location. Very central and close to everything Miami has to offer. Of note, the hotel restaurant had some of the best food we had our entire trip. The Cuban sandwich and Plantain nachos were perfect.

Room was nice. Bathroom is very small. And elevators are just two for the amount of people staying ag the hotel and the many uses as this hotel is used by cruisers. The view is amazing and the hotel is very well situated as it’s near everything.

I would not recommend. The beds are small. The bathroom is really tiny. Like only 1 person can fit in there and it’s still crowded. Bed was comfortable but the air rattled and sounded like a low level vacuum cleaner all night.

Staff is great. Location fantastic especially if taking a cruise ship. Room needs Reno- Faux leather on headboard is keeping badly, TV needs an upgrade-
