Top tier modern style hotel. Customer service, housekeeping, amenities were all impeccable. Walking distant to department stores, restaurants, grocery store, entertainment, movies and more. My go to hotel next time my family visists Albuquerque!

I was given room 409. The room was occupied. The key opened the door. I was mortified that this happened. The room did not have an extra pillow or blanket. No refrigerator. Remote to the tv did not work. Bed was uncomfortable

Nice room n beds

It’s nice hotel with lost of noise. But it can e drowned out in ur room. Claw to mall. Walking distance to many dining options it’s looks great outside and inside. Clean bathroom. Long waits at reception. Security was helping.

Pro: Well kept, clean, Con: Conversations from neighboring rooms can be heard as if no walls were there.

Overall, a great experience! One thing to note—the elevators felt a bit shaky. A few of us noticed that after pressing multiple floor buttons, the elevator didn’t always stop on those floors and seemed to move randomly at times. It was a little unsettling, but everything else about the stay was excellent!

The property had a car show and convention not mentioned online, there was a ron of people in and out of rooms buying and selling cars till midnight. There was cockroaches in the pool area as well as the room, will not stay again nor would i recommend. We called and asked for an extra blanket and was told they were to busy and we had to go for it. This stay was not the greatest.

Pillows were on the couch not on the bed, one pillow had a stain on it. Kinda loud when trucks race by.

Arrived early and room was ready at 1:30 p.m. and staff was friendly upon arrival. Room was advertised as remodeled when I booked, probably remodeled several years ago but not recently. Room is no longer advertised as remodeled when I search for the property. House keeping was not done in our room, front desk did offer to send someone to clean but it was already 7:00 p.m. when we arrived back at the hotel we just wanted to rest at that point.

Room did not have a fridge and a/c wasn’t cold.

Very clean. Very inviting. Quiet. The pool was very crowded but it is summer and very hot. Great stay.

Filthy. Not why is expected when ytayvat a Marriott, from the elevators, to the pools, to all the used towels just thrown around, could use new management
