El hotel es excelente. Ubicado cerca del centro y de varios puntos de interés. El servicio de transferencia al aeropuerto es muy bueno y un plus que no muchos brindan. Sólo hay que ajustarse a los horarios. Las habitaciones son amplias y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía Hay algo de ruido por la cercanía del transito pero es normal en cualquier lugar Los desayunos son deliciosos y con mucha variedad La atencion es siempre oportuna y muy amable

in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights.

The breakfast was excellent in taste, freshness, variety and service. Internet-each room has its own router and the signal is very good. The building is of super solid construction and the thick solid construction may interfere with the signal outside of the room. The sound proofing of the rooms makes the out of room signal a worth while trade off to me in my five visits to this hotel. Again, in room signal is very good.

En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, a poca distancia de diversos restaurantes y lugares de interés cultural. Además, hay una estación de autobús justo enfrente la cual resultó sumamente conveniente. También quisiera destacar el desayuno buffet; la variedad y calidad superaron mis expectativas, y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. No obstante, debo mencionar un inconveniente importante respecto a las habitaciones. El aislamiento sonoro es deficiente, lo que compromete la privacidad. Podía escuchar con total claridad a las personas de la habitación contigua, hasta el punto de sentir que había alguien dentro de mi propia habitación. Asimismo, el ruido proveniente del exterior se percibe con demasiada intensidad.

Helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

The hotel had a good bed and the room had nice views of the city, the staff were helpful and nice. However it lacks basic amenities: no kettle for coffee or tea in the room, the boxes with toiletries were empty, the bathroom was in very bad shape, stained bath tub, silted shower with no much pressure.

My husband and I had a really good experience in this hotel, breakfast was suuuuuper good, all three days we were there they had different things on the menu. Fruit and the fruit juices were DELICIOUS ( I loved the fact that they don't add any sugar to them) EVERYONE there was soooooo helpful. The instructions were clear on how to get to the airport shuttle, and the driver was nice, very respectful, shuttle was clean, ride was smooth. Thanks EVERYONE hopefully there is a next time and I would love to stay there again.

Nice place for stay beautiful and the staff is amazing too and the security is great safe place and good the breakfast is amazing and recommend 5 star hotels love and coming back soon

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very helpful and nice. The shower I had for my room was difficult to use because of the inconsistent water temperature. It would be warm for less than a minute then switch between cold and hot.

It’s a first class accommodation with the first class courtesy of the staff.

Overall , everything is wonderful on this hotel , since the very beginning, the bus driver at the airport to the hotel makes you feel like family . At the hotel , the attention is perfect ! No complaints! Thank you all!

The two-room suites with two full bathrooms were wonderful! The dining choices at the hotel were fantastic. The staff was very helpful with calling taxis and general information; check-in was easy. We will be back!

Great hotel, great location, incredible food at the hotel, breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were spacious 2 room suites with two full bathrooms.
