I LIKE IT ALL I ENJOYED MY STAY. ONLY ONE ISSUE THE WASHROOM DO NOT HAVE A SMALLER WASH CLOTH TO WIPE THE COUNTER TOP DRY WHEN WET.. TOP SERVICE YOUR STAFF ARE # 1.

I like the staff very friendly and helpful

I love all properties

The staff was excellent, beautiful pool view and very central to downtown. However, the property seems to be a bit old and moldy. the mattress are as hard as a rock.

We were at this hotel in 2024 and like the staff and everything about the hotel itself and how close it was to shoppjng. We went back againthis year in 2025 with friends.

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Everybody was very friendly

Good location across street from shopping mall. staff were very helpful, though check-in was very slow due to only one receptionist and many people trying ti check in. Room was immaculate and restaurant was superb.

I love this place

Unless you like your room shaking from the music coming up from their salones, look for another option. As explained to me at the front desk, the activities in the salones are more important than their customers sleeping

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent room facing volcano. My only complaint is cleaning lady said I damaged a towel and needed to pay to replace it. When I showered, something came off of me and it was in the drain of the shower. She took it and put it on a towel. I knew exactly what it was, but was hoping it would go down drain. It didn’t, I guess she took it and put on towel and blamed me. Regardless, towel was not damaged, it would clean up after being laundered. I usually tip housekeeping staff, but did not due to her duplicity.

The staff were excellent, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff in the cafeteria were friendly and helpful and very accommodating . All around it made for an amazing experience . I would like to say Thank You to everyone who has helped us to have a great time at Crowne Plaza .
