The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly

When i arrived there was about 6to8 police officers arresting a couple in the hotel parking lot...So there was no where to park i really felt unsafe so left and found a safer looking hotel

I asked for a wheelchair accessible room and i was not expecting what i gotta! The shower was so roomy and they had a shower chair! The room had space for my sons chair! It was a great stay! The breakfast in the morning was ok also! Plenty of what was offered! The desk clerk was clear and very polite! Thank you for this stay! We were there for a celebration of life and the room made it much better! Less stressful again thank you!

Room was okay ants in the bathroom needs update. Staff was okay also. I would stay there again.

The room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait outside while the cleaner finished. Because it was rushed, the room was not fully vacuumed—there were beer bottle caps on the floor, and I even stepped on one. The bathroom also had mold in the shower. In addition, the front desk staff was not very friendly during check-in. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The towels were not washed properly, and some had dark stains from previous use. Floors are dirty, leaving black stains on feet or socks! Front-end clerks should learn to say at least 'hello'!
