The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again.

The check-in was smooth and very courteous. The room was clean and well designed. Amenities were good. A good standard overall.

Check in was rapid and easy, really enjoyed both the room and lobby restaurant. We used the hot tub and pool area and it was very busy but lots of towels and clean. Would have liked another coffee pod in the room, but not a big deal.

Room was clean, television guide was nice and HD, in-hotel restaurant and Starbucks was nice. Underground parking very nice. we stay for the swimming pool because the kids love the slide, pool and hot tub. The fact you have to climb stairs for this pool area, or walk through hotel lobby in your swimwear. the beds in room 1007 were very hard and uncomfortable. the River views are amazing at sunset, higher floor city views are nice. All in all this is a good hotel to stay at. one of our favorites. Book in advance as it gets very busy here on weekends with sports teams and kids birthdays. and it gets pricey

Everything was great except the underground parking was full due to an event the hotel was hosting.
