Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But Major Inconveniences
First off, I want to acknowledge that some of the staff were truly amazing – helpful and kind throughout our stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. When we arrived, only one elevator was working, and I had to wait nearly 25 minutes just to get to our room. After dropping off our bags, my daughter and I ended up using the stairs for most of our stay—seven flights up and down—because the elevator situation never improved.
To top it off, when we returned from dinner, our key card didn’t work. I had to go downstairs twice, and it turned out the key fob lock on our door needed to be replaced. It was frustrating, especially after a long day.
Overall, while the staff did their best, the lack of functioning amenities really impacted our stay. They need to let people know they only have one of the three working elevators.
