Great room, very clean and staff were wonderful!

Large room sparsely filled with really cheap furniture. Paid parking varied in price from $35 - $70 per day, depending on how far you parked from the hotel. No wash clothes - had to ask housekeeping for them. Ropes and cables hanging over our windows clicked all night long making it difficult to sleep. No hotel dining room. Instead there were several highly overpriced national restaurants in the hotel in which to dine. We’ve stayed in several other hotels in Niagara Falls over the years that were much better than this. The photo of the hotel is VERY deceptive. The view to the falls has obviously been photo shopped and doesn’t look like that. There are a number of buildings that block out some of the view. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Our room was very dry,made it very hard to sleep. Also, the deadblot on our door did not work, we didnt notice till late (after midnight) so couldnt let the front desk know. But didnt feel very safe. Also, i wanted to change the credit card to pay for parking, however the gentleman at the front desk (David) wouldnt allow me to do it, he said he needed my husbands DL and he had to come himself. I went down in the morning and provided the credit card and the girl did it with no issues. I had the DL incase she asked. He just made the situation a little frustrating. Other than those our stay was okay.

The staff did not clean the room despite me requesting it twice, which was disappointing. The hospitality at the front desk was also lacking. During check-in, I was asked how old I was even after providing my ID, and the staff seemed doubtful when I answered. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations.

1. They only give you 1 chair plus a desk chair. It would probably be a couple booking at thjs hotel,why not a sofa or atleast 2 chairs. The chair was very uncomfortable but still. 2. Complained about hot water, maintenance came,but didnt fix and at checkout they couldnt even apologize.

Disappointed that you don’t have a continental breakfast , washrooms are to small , air conditioner needs to be sealed off

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. It was nice having restaurants within the hotel. The location is excellent! We didn't like the parking situation of having to park our car across the street in an open lot as opposed to a more secure underground parking lot within the hotel. Also, the additional Daily Mandatory Hotel fees added to the parking as well as the hotel room cost was a little sneaky in our opinion, given we were not told about it.until check out. Had we not asked for a printout of the fees we likely wouldn't have been informed. We had prepaid for the room through Expedia so we were shocked at the additional fees.

The bed was atrocious. I was very disappointed to pay as much as I did for what was easily the worst bed I've laid on in any hotel or motel I've been to in all of my years. I'm not exaggerating. It was really uneven with deep groves from where people have been on it over time. I had very difficult nights because of how little I could sleep and nearly got into an accident on my way back to Toronto due to fatigue. Again, I'm not exaggerating. Unfortunately, this dominates most of my memory of the hotel. The staff, though, were great. Aaliyah was outstanding and made me feel at home right away.

Our room was noisy with very loud sounds in the parking early in the morning. The room and bed was clean and comfortable.
