Overall it was a great experience with the staff most notably being the most helpful and friendly. A great visit from start to finish.

If looking to use pool ask before going,!it was closed for maintenance and I was never informed until I got there.

Very good staff. Clean room and hotel. Room was spacious. Double queen room was good for 5 people with an extra bed which is free. Parking was across the street which cost 35$. Internally connected to the hilton and casino. Onsite IHOP, KEG etc. We walked to the falls from the hotel and clifton hill. Long walk for elderly and small kids. Water and coffee maker in room was free.

Hotel is outdated and our view was not the best. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was very clean the internet was good the bed was very comfortable and the walk to the casino was very short. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Wyndham Grand Hotel is so nicely situated close to everything including the Falls. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has lots of restaurant choices. We love ❤️ the Wyndham Grand in Niagara Falls.

Parking was bad

Spacious clean rooms. Can walk to the falls. Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. Casino within walking distance.,

Everything was great at the hotel I was unprepared for how expensive parking is in the area that was the only downside 100 for valet 70 for self parking close to the hotel and 35 for across the street
