It was a great one night stay. A little costly with the extra 11.5% tax on top of the 13% hst taxes but those are the taxes and not a reflection of the hotel or hotel quality

The room was very nice , big and clean. Beds were comfortable, thermostat and other amenities worked well. Nice pool and hot tub!! Self Parking across the street worked best for us!! Virw from room was good!! Fireworks!!🎆

Fallsview was not really fallsview. Parking very expensive $70.00

This is a great place to stay. But please do not eat at IHOP.

Excellent staff, great location.

Overpowered by smell through main walkways. No toilet paper in bathroom. only 3 bath towels for 2 ppl. Partial view of the falls. Worst concierge experience ever with Theresa! Booked tour for next day but was told wrong pick up time so we missed the Falls tour AND wasted valuable morning time!

Location great Cleaning staff nice Fromt desk staff ordinary / no maps or guide available Old room with carpet possible water damage as hallway baseboard were removed and gypse was cut Was not able to get a regular bottle opener for pop & beer One night there was no more room in the prepaid parking lot and had to pack in a further parking when we had many things to bring back Parking was expensive

The room was spacious, with a nice city view right in front of the night fireworks. The queen beds and pillows were super comfortable and the TV was huge with a good variety of channels. The washroom had a big well-lit mirror and sink, an accessible shower with all toiletries and plenty of towels. Overall our stay was enjoyable and comfy.

Great place to stay! Staff was super friendly and helped us with parking. We have a huge car and it didn't fit in the auxiliary lots so they let me park it in front of the property. Rooms are clean and spacious. Even for 5 people. Bathrooms were clean as well. A lot of restaurants around and walking distance to the falls.

Clean room

Very bare bones. No phone service in the rooms. No ice machine. No basic things that are usual left in the bathroom. A full size frig. A glass top with two burners. No closet. Desk with drawers. No dresser. Bed on steel like frqme, you can see clearly underneath the bed. Bed is higher than usual. Although VERY VERY VERY baaic, it was extremely clean. Walls are thin. Great for basic bed sleeping. No pool either.
