Took a long time to check in and staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to know what was happening. Room wasn’t very clean (bathroom counter clearly hadn’t been wiped down). Kind of a sketchy neighborhood with an abandoned hotel next door.

Industrial area and hotel was not clean.

Pool room dehumidifier didn’t work and it appears neither unit has been working properly for a while

This was the worst experience of my life. We watch four people get arrested for a sex trafficking ring in the hotel. Be careful where you stay and do not let your kids run around the hotel.

Excellent stay! Very helpful front desk. The Starbucks in the lobby and shuttle back and forth from the airport are extra added perks. The dinner we had at the restaurant was also amazing!

Service greeting was good for first few days on our 3rd day room was not cleaned from bedding to our trash and full from take out we would bring no toilet paper towels constantly having to ask front desk for towels to shower I was with my family of 4 they said they were short staffed and under new ownership about a week and they were working the kinks out other then that its ok bed pillows were good. A bit dirty carpet its like staying at the hotel Excalibur Las Vegas that kind of vibe

Hotel was great choice to see the Brewers play. Indoor pool was great. Food was great at on site restaurant. Really nice self serve area that includes alcohol and snacks to charge to your room. Loved the free shuttle to the airport. Will stay there again!

Overall, everything is good except that we’ve been having some issues with the heater or the air condition Mainly my trips have been on the winter so we have a lot of problems with the room, not warming up

This hotel lobby was nice and that’s where it ends. The rooms are very old. The AC wasn’t working but that eventually got sorted out. The toilet flushed so strongly that you got wet even when back up to the wall. The convertible bed was the size of a twin. The bed itself was very hard.
