Internet conection was extremely bad the whole time. Corridors were dirty. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. With the concurrence this hotel has, they should consider having two shuttles. We had to take a private ride to the airport Bummer :(

It was terrible. I arrive early and left my luggage because the check in time was at 4:00 pm. But I thought tht doing an early check in will give me a good room. NO, it didn’t happened. At night when I arrived there was another agent and gave me a bad, bad room. Super noisy and with the ice machine in front of my room. Couldn’t sleep well. The room and all the stuff was ok. Break fast was a wild thing. But ok.

Remove the plastic plates for breakfast instead they can replace plastic plates with paper plates.

The room looked clean and new, but the king-size bed was a wreck. Most of the springs felt busted. I sank right in when I laid down. Plus, there wasn't even a fridge or microwave. The breakfast was a letdown too. The toasters were broken, and there wasn't any hot food! No eggs, except cold boil eggs! I've stayed at cheaper places around here with much better breakfasts. I can't recommend this place, and I won't be back.

Transport to hotel was little slow other La Quinta east I think was super rude

I got charged more for my pets after i stated on the app i was traveling with them. It would me nice if they could tell you upfront, not after you've paid an non refundable reservation. The apps also shows it comes with fridge and microwave ,well it doesn't. The first night they gave us a room with a very strong smell of mold,they did change the room the following day.

Amazing staff front desk Nancy and Alfredo Frank very helpful they all went out to make me comfortable and happy

They offer 24 hours shuttle to the airport, that is not true, they close the shuttle service at 9 pm. One of the main reasons for making my reservation was for the shuttle but still had to pay out of pocket for a taxi.

We love that we can bring our pets and that they provide transportation to/from the airport. Best deal around!
