Hot coffee and cold water available 24 hours in the lobby.

They had trouble getting any of my credit cards to work with their system. Three of the four of us who took showers in our three different rooms had only about 15 seconds of lukewarm water and otherwise had a choice only between cold and colder. The fourth had hot water.

Very nice hotel in city centre. Only downside was restaurant didn’t open for breakfast.

Restaurant was closed for breakfast and staff did not informed at check-in. Room was not cleaned after the 1st night

The shower changed temperature from normal the scalding and back. At times the bathroom sink both the cold and hot valves delivered very hot water. Paid for a one bedroom suit and got a large room.

Customer service at Hotel Ithaca was impeccable. Room was clean and comfortable, and well worth what we paid for it. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Ithaca!

It is a perfect location to the city walking distance to almost everything you could need. Beautiful city, murals all over the place really makes the city look so unique. The hotel was dirty. Carpets in the hotel haven't been vacuumed which isn't a huge deal. The room wasn't cleaned the best either, our room had used soad in the shower. Also had broken curtains. Elevator was under construction and there was no light in the one working one. And breakfast was not available for the one night we did stay. For the amount of money we spent I expected a little better conditions but the city life made up for the hotel problems. I will be returning just to see the city again. Hopefully the hotel is in better conditions next time we visit.

Clean and quiet

This is a good optional property to stay in the downtown of Ithaca. The room we stayed in was basic but had not been cleaned, while not totally disgusting there were crumbs on tables and floor and soap wrappers in shower. I did mention upon check out.

While the property is very convenient to lots of places, the room was overpriced for April. The hotel needs to fix coimon areas where walls, etc. have chipped and broken. Our bathroom shower area was dirty, toilet seat semi-broken. No shampoo available in shower. Very comfy beds. Staff pleasant. Parking great

Close to downtown

Staff is great to deal with, very accommodating. Needs some updating. Have stayed several times, due to daughter attending Cornell University.

Would of not stayed there if we knew pool would not be open

Awesome location for easy downtown access. The pool was out of commission, which was disappointing, but otherwise a fantastic experience!

Beautiful hotel, our second time. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk helpful. We requested a rollaway bed via the phone but they did not have one when we arrived but it is okay.
