No one was at the front desk for nearly 30min and so wasn’t able to check in right away and there was no toilet paper or trash can in the room. The rooms were much nicer than I expected but with a sketchy feel around parking lot and people outside late yapping

If you need a place to sleep, this works. Fridge is a decent size, room was clean, but no toilet paper (would have been nice to know that wasn't provided). I would give the guy working 5 stars because it appeared that he was the front desk clerk and cleaning crew all on his own.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at. - When I went to check in, some people were being turned away and the staff said “you’re room isn’t ready yet”, eventhough it was after 4 PM, the check in time they list on the website. - when I went to my room, I don’t have any toilet paper. I didn’t have a table to eat on, and the chair I did have was old, metal like an outdoor payout set, and the back was broken. My tv didn’t work. I figured I’d go out and eat them come back, and my tv still didn’t work. - A young lady knocked on my door and asked if I had any issues, and I told her about the toilet paper and tv, she did get the tv working and then brought me back toilet paper. - I went out the next morning to play softball, when I came back, the tv and wi-fi were NOT working! - I then figured I’d shower and then go out and come back later and hopefully it would be working, but when I turned on the shower, the handle fell off, so I did eventually get it on enough to get the shower to work. - When I came back at 5, still no tv! I went down to the front desk BECAUSE THERES NO PHONES IN THE ROOM, the front desk clerk said she would send someone up to fix the tv. - It was 6:33, and I ate my dinner sitting on the bed and the food sitting on the broken chair, and then finally at 7:33, since no one came up to fix my tv, I went down to the front desk again, and the front desk girl said “I haven’t forgotten you I’m just very busy”, and then a guy staining there said “I’ll fix it for you”.

DO NOT STAY at this property!!! We checked in at 6:00pm and was escorted to our room to confirm everything was up to par. We walked up to the room with the representative SAGE, the widow drapes were open so you can see the inside. We were appalled to see the room was not clean no sheets on the bed, the dirty sheets and quilts were balled up on the table. No towels or towels. They asked us to come back later so they can get everything ready. We returned at 10:00 pm to find only 2 towels for 4 people. We went down to reception as there are no phones in the room to call for service. We were informed there were only 2 towels left and that we were lucky they found those. Have you ever heard of this??? To make it worse we attempted to watch tv which was not working so once again we had to go down to reception. They sent maintenance up to help…wait until you hear this….he told us they ran out of cable wire for the tv’s that were installed. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. At this point it was 11:30pm and we had no choice but to stay. We woke up to check out and asked for a manger. Apparently Managers don’t work on the weekend. We were told only corporate can help and was given the phone number. Needless to say they were no help as they don’t even answer the phone. This listing should be removed from Expedia!!!

Horrible. Very very bad customer service. No room key and no one in the property to assist you. Lack of cleanliness and mold in bathroom. Due to them not having room key I end up sleeping in my car till 9am when the staff open the front door desk. This place it’s HORRIBLE shouldn’t be in business. 😤

I am homeless and am relying on hotels while I find a new place. When I check in to this reservation I couldn’t check in early, plus they said the room wasn’t clean. When check in time finally came no one was there to open the door. Waited another 2 1/2 hours before room was clean and was able to check in. I know staff did what they could but owners should hire more employees

Absolutely disgusting property. Staff was even worse. No help, NO HOTELS KEYS. Staff wanted to just “let us in” our rooms. Finally found us keys, get to the 2 rooms we booked and were immediately shook at the utter disgust. No amenities, AC did not work in one room, NO SHOWER CURTAINS, hair on EVERYTHING, locks on the doors busted and broken, bugs, mold. What a MESS!!!! You expect this from a $50 roach coach….. did not expect this!! One room went unused due to no air and box spring bed. Fighting for refund now! STAY AWAY!!!!!

After signing all the paperwork at the office, I was given the key to the room. Upon entry, the room was extremely stark and first glance was not very clean. After closer examination, there was no toilet paper. The bathtub had black mold in the bathroom floor was absolutely filthy. The walls had stains on them that appeared to be stuffed that had been smeared on there quotation poop or something else. The Wi-Fi did not work after reaching out to the office. I was told that they would check into it and get back to me. The furniture look like it had been picked up off the street. The Upholstery on the chairs was absolutely filthy holes in them. The furniture was all beaten up.

I stayed in a double bed room (not recently renovated) with my dog. She loved having her own bed and the treats from the employees. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are renovations currently underway in some areas of the building but other than that the long term residents are friendly and respectful of the space. I had no issues, no bugs, Roku, and the microwave-air fryer combo in the room was super handy. I actually stayed again a few days later (renovated room 💯)

Moldy, unclean, very very old, everything damage. .Do not book online unless you actually see the property. No one will refund your money. I will report the conditions to the local housing authority. And report this website for false advertising and bogus pictures..
