There were several hockey players in our hotel, who kept us up until midnight running up and down the hallway and staircase. We reported it to the front desk manager.

Breakfast is extra and isn’t better than the free ones at most holiday inns. The pool has a poo incident. Unsure if they closed it long enough for a proper clean or not but we didn’t revisit after that incident.

Was a good central location, walking distance to a lot of things downtown.

The AC was very loud; the walls were with the stains; there was no kit for guest such as sandals; hair cap, etc. there was noise in the corridor. Staffing member were kind; location was the best.

It was Sunday so no inside restaurant open. Room was clean

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was great, the food was great with large portions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Dinner menu was 5 star. We got to have a nice long chat with the executive chef, he is a true master at what he does. The whole staff at the hotel were phenomenal.

The hotel is right downtown & close to everything

Great experience. Great location and loved the view from the corner suite overlooking the water.

My friends and I always stay here when we are in the area. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom is nice and comes with travel sized toiletries if you forget anything. Parking is right on the property for a fee.

Room was clean, good bathroom supplies - i liked having everything in pump bottles giving lots of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. without waste.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the parking actually could fit trucks unlike the Delta next door. And I love downtown Kingston- you could walk to everything from this hotel.

1. Wrong room at first. 2. Parking lot ticket issues. 3. Dirty sheets. 4. Remote control problems on tv. 5. Loud people in the hall around 3-4 am. 6. Staff at feont desk had enhlish as a language problems. Etc...

The dog friendliness was great. There was a surprise charge for pets that Expedia did not advise about. But the pet friendly room had no carpeting and the sliding door opened to green space. Friendly service also

Clean Rooms with a good view and very close to the amenities that we needed.

This hotel is beautifully located and the building what you would expect for Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean and somehow, even though it was clearly at capacity with younger guests and teams, they kept things very peaceful. The staff is exceptional. I had to speak to the ladies at the front desk for various things and each was professional, courtesy and made the experience very pleasant. I recommend this property if you are staying in Kingston.
