Clean and pleasant hotel Central easy access and good parking

Stayed for one night in Sudbury. The room was large and clean. The main concern is that the AC unit was very loud when running. Specifically tough over night.

Downtown Sudbury is in sad shape. The location of the hotel is confusing. The route from Parking to the Lobby is long and hard to get the hang of. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean but it was the most confusing hotel I've ever been to navigation wise.

The breakfast menu was fresh, Room in good condition.

Not our best hotel stay, leaking ceiling in the restaurant, pictures do not reflect current state of the hotel at all. Peeling paint everywhere, small room, overpriced. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Expedia helpful with changes we needed to make.

Location is clean, and reasonably priced. The free breakfast was good and fresh. Staff at this hotel were very pleasant and friendly.

The staff were excellent in checking us in and answering all our questions. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was a simple continental style and not a full restaurant style. On Site parking was very limited but the use of the Parking garage is free with validation. Not really suitable if you are driving a larger vehicle. Overall I recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay and great value for the price.

The hotel is old and musty. The rooms have water damage and damage around the doors and furniture. Very obvious it is a very old hotel with no upgrades or repairs in at least 20 years. Shower curtain smelled. It doesn’t take a lot to keep it up to a min standard and clearly that is not the goal. Won’t be back. Also - in a very rough area with druggies hanging out on the perimeter of the hotel.

Faith had our room ready with our reward perks! She is always so friendly and remembers our names,

Extra fluffy towels, staff that remembers your name (Faith is always excellent), great free breakfast and on site restaurant.

The front desk staff were below par. There was no water in one of the rooms i booked and she promised to send it up but never did. The second front desk guy who relieved her in the evening was now asking me to come downstairs to come pick up water. The parking garage is maze to get back in the hotel building. The AC in the room was so loud that it disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was decent.

This property must be in the wrong part of town. Three vagrants were sharing a bottle of whiskey in front of the door as we arrived. We spent about 10 minutes in the facility considering our next move. We did not see even one guest in the lobby, elevator, hallways, or dining room while we were there—the place appeared abandoned. We did not check in but went to another hotel instead. Expedia refused to refund our money. Avoid Expedia—they handled this problem terribly!!!

The staff here is fantastic. All were very nice. The room was not clean. Black around the bathmat is a total disgrace. I would not stay here again.
