The front desk staff wasn't really friendly, looks like they don't get pay enough to serve clients.

The AC blew cold humidity into the room. Villahermosa is extremely humid as is. This made for a miserable night.

Outside the front of the hotel a raw sewage line has been broken for weeks and continues to spill raw sewage out onto the street. Enough sewage that cars entering the hotel were still wet from driving through the sewage. Very embarassing situation for the hotel.

The customer service was fantastic. I felt very welcome, and it had a clean and luxurious appearance in every aspect. I loved it.

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.

The rooms smelled mildewy…the air conditioner super loud. Overall, the rooms are old and need work.

It was all good, from the valet to the check out, the only thing that could improve is the ammenities in the bathroom.

Excelente ubicación, junto a plaza comercial donde tienen todo. El hotel muy moderno, habitaciones excelentes muy silenciosas. La alberca no la calientan.

Hotel is not in good condition. Lots of mold, water damage, dirty and drains blocked. Needs a refresh. Staff is friendly.
